OVERVIEW

All hotels that are named as a finalist in the 2025 AHA NSW Awards for Excellence are eligible to win this award. The winner of this award will be the hotel that demonstrates accessible dining and social practice in their pubs and hotels that lead to inclusive experiences for people of all abilities.

JUDGING CRITERIA

• Key areas of the hotel will be considered for the overall result, which will be judged on the following basis:
• Pub facilities
• Booking and reservations
• Pub or restaurant services
• Bathrooms
• Food services
• Hotel Safety
